The buy and hold deal is the cornerstone of the Equinaire investment strategy. Our goal as real estate investment consultants is to build wealth for each of our investor members over time, by helping them to amass an equity-based portfolio.

This is accomplished in two ways:

  1. Find and deliver, to our members, properties that are well-below market ($50k or more).
    This is also known as built-in equity.

  2. Find these properties in areas of Southern California that have moderate purchase prices ($400,000 - $450,000) and greater-than-average appreciation potential. These areas are determined through comprehensive analysis of economic trends and projections.

The national average for real estate appreciation in the United States over the last 150 years has been about 7.5%. This means that on average, real estate values double every decade. With that in mind, our strategy is to work with our members to help them acquire 5-10 investment properties over the course of approximately ten years, that will result in a portfolio with a net value in excess of $1,000,000.
